What we need from you

Send these through the portal and we can start the assessment the same week.

  1. Trade licence, CR, and tax registration certificates for every entity in scope
  2. Trial balance and financial statements for the period, exported from your ERP
  3. Sales and purchase ledgers with the VAT treatment applied to each line
  4. Intercompany agreements and a list of related-party transactions
  5. Prior returns and any correspondence from the FTA, ZATCA, or the NBR

Missing one of them? Send what you have. We will tell you what is still outstanding well before the deadline, not the week it falls due.

Frequently asked

Common questions

The six we are asked before almost every GCC filing, whichever authority it lands with.

Registration and the annual return are required of taxable persons regardless of whether any tax ends up payable: the 9% rate applies to taxable profits above AED 375,000, and a company under that threshold still registers and files. Qualifying free zone persons may hold a 0% rate on qualifying income, but that is a conclusion to be tested against the conditions each year rather than assumed from the licence.

Get the filings right in every jurisdiction

One team across the FTA, ZATCA and the NBR: the registrations, the returns, the substance and transfer pricing files, and the payment advice ahead of the deadline. No three advisors giving you three answers.
