Terms of Reference
The basis on which we take on work, what we need from you, what we are responsible for, and the terms for using this website.

About these terms
These terms set out the basis on which GlobalX Advisors LLC (“GlobalX Advisors”, “we”, “us”) provides its services and the terms on which you may use this website.
Where you engage us for a specific piece of work, that engagement letter takes precedence over anything here that conflicts with it. These terms fill the gaps; they do not override what we agreed in writing with you.
Who we are
GlobalX Advisors LLC has its registered office at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. Tel: +1 (504) 600-5217
What we do
We provide company formation and licensing, tax planning and filings, corporate compliance, accounting and bookkeeping, and fractional CFO support across the United States, the United Kingdom, and the GCC.
The scope of any engagement is what the engagement letter says it is. Work outside that scope is not included until we have agreed it in writing.
We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide is legal advice. Where a matter needs a lawyer, we will say so.
Starting an engagement
An enquiry through this website, a consultation, or a quotation does not by itself create an engagement. We begin work once we have issued an engagement letter, you have accepted it, and we have completed the identity and anti-money-laundering checks we are required to carry out.
We may decline an engagement, and we may stop work where those checks cannot be completed or where continuing would put us in breach of a legal or professional obligation.
What we need from you
Our work depends on what you give us. Filings are prepared from the records and information you provide, and we do not audit or independently verify them unless the engagement says we do.
- Give us complete and accurate information, and tell us promptly if it changes.
- Get us what we need in time to meet a deadline. Where information arrives late, we cannot be responsible for a missed filing date.
- Review and approve filings and returns before we submit them on your behalf.
- Keep your own statutory records, and keep the underlying documents behind anything we file.
Fees and payment
Fees are as set out in your engagement letter or service agreement. Government, registry, and filing fees are passed through at cost and are payable in addition unless we have said otherwise.
- Invoices are payable within the payment terms agreed with you at the time the service was engaged, as recorded in your engagement letter or service agreement.
- Where no payment term has been separately agreed, invoices are payable on receipt.
- Late payment may attract interest at the rate stated in your engagement letter, and we may suspend work on overdue accounts after giving you notice.
- Fees are exclusive of VAT and any other applicable sales or indirect tax, which is charged where it applies.
Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential and use it only to provide the services, except where you have agreed otherwise or where we are required or permitted by law or professional obligation to disclose it.
We may be required to make a report to the relevant authority without telling you, in the circumstances anti-money-laundering law prescribes. How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
This website, its content, and the GlobalX Advisors name and marks belong to us or our licensors. You may read and print pages for your own use; you may not republish or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Templates, models, and working papers we create in the course of an engagement remain ours. The deliverables we produce for you are yours once our fees for them have been paid.
Using this website
The content on this site is general information, not advice, and you should not act on it without speaking to us about your own circumstances. We try to keep it accurate and current but do not guarantee that it is either.
Where we link to another site, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content. We may change or withdraw any part of this site at any time.
Ending an engagement
Either of us may end an engagement by giving two months notice in writing. We may end it immediately where we are required to, where our fees remain unpaid after notice, or where continuing would breach a legal or professional duty.
On termination you remain liable for fees and disbursements for work done up to that point. We will hand over your records, subject to any lien we are entitled to exercise over unpaid fees, and keep what we are required to keep.
